Cleanroom Capabilities from Plasma Ruggedized Solutions
To ensure the quality of your ruggedization services, we maintain two Class 10 ISO cleanrooms to process components. Cleanrooms control the air quality and amount of debris and particulates that are present during ruggedization services, providing an extremely clean and controlled environment, which lowers the exposure to possible contaminants.
Upon arrival, all parts are inspected, cleaned, and baked to remove excess moisture to prepare components for ruggedization. Our cleanroom capabilities include proprietary plasma etch-back and surface treatments for maximum coating adhesion.
